Using the trial
LockIn is an early-stage learning product provided for personal study and evaluation. Features, limits and availability may change as we learn from the trial.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it to harm others.
Your content
You keep ownership of material you upload. You give LockIn permission to store and process it only as needed to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to use and upload that material.
Learning guidance
LockIn supports revision but does not guarantee a grade, exam result or the accuracy of every generated question, mark or recommendation. You should check important information against your course material and official guidance.
Acceptable use
Do not use LockIn for cheating, live exam assistance, infringement, unlawful content, automated abuse or attempts to extract or disrupt the underlying systems.
Availability and liability
The trial is provided on an “as available” basis and may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, LockIn is not responsible for indirect losses, lost study time or decisions made solely from generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending access and changes
We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or address misuse. We may update these terms as the trial develops and will publish the current version here.
